Communication: The only way to communicate with us is through the contact form at admin@oakconsulting.online or via WhatsApp Business. We do not store personal, sensitive, or banking data, and WhatsApp conversations are periodically deleted every 7 days.
Dedicated Services: We offer dedicated services to companies through Ionos and 10Web, with insurance protection on 10Web.
Payment and Refund Policies: Payment is made via bank transfer. If payment is subject to an annual subscription, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing the contract or receiving the transfer. Once the service has been provided and payment has been made, no claims are accepted.
Withdrawal and Refund: Customers who have contracted an annual service can withdraw within the first 14 days. In exceptional situations, we may consider a full refund of the payment for the service.
Applicable Laws: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, federal laws of the United States, CDPA, CCPA, HIPAA, ECPA, regulations of the European Union (GDPR and ePrivacy), and laws of the United Kingdom (UK DPA).
